About the Project: This is a government
operated school being run for educating underprivileged students from rural
background. They don't get access to tools and techniques to plan and work on
their studies. That results in low performance in studies. If proper guidance
is provided to them about life skills,Career guidance time management and
planning their performance will increase and this school also lacks proper
furniture.

success and because of the furniture provided they will have perfect seating to
listen the lectures with attention, which will add value to their performance
in exams.

About Community Impact Program: McGraw-Hill Financial ( www.mhfi.com ) the company which strongly
believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. MHFI encourages its
employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees would be working
together and for solving public problems in their community to build better
lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees
spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad

Bandari: I am
very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through MHFI. It was
remarkable experience to reach school children and educate them about their
career. I am satisfied and got good experience in my life with this project.
With this project, we could do something to the society which really helps the
people around there and I am thankful to all volunteers who made this event
great success. Looking forward to take like this opportunity to serve society
and thank you So much to all.
Sibananda Panigrahi: I am feeling very good
about this CIM project. I got wonderful moments to spend with many School
children. I had a good experience to manage and interact with many school
children of different class. They really deserve our full support hand to grow,
to strong, to know, to educate; like a plant needs water to grow. I like most
the activities, which we have conducted over there like painting the wall,
plantation, game, career guidance, inspiration speech etc. I am sure this will
definitely prove a best impact of CIM project.
Prakash Kandula: First of all I would like to thank you for
providing me this golden opportunity to serve the society. It is my distinct
pleasure to serve along with other volunteers, who despite of their busy schedule
made their way to Tadwai and participated in such a wonderful program. Be continue
the project every year and help to the poor school children and develop the
country. I am fully satisfied with this project.
Syam Shiva Prasd Gudela: It’s was a great pleasure
to spent time with children. I have enjoyed throughout the day… the way they
responded towards the event is too good. Hope in future also we are looking
forward to participate in these types of events. Thank you so much for
providing this great opportunity
Madhusudhana Rao: It is a great to serve
society for a good cause. Thanks for making me a part of this Project. These
kinds of programs inspire mankind to contribute to the society. This CIM
project given me an opportunity to deliver career guidance session to children.
And through these events we can meet new friends and thanks to all co
volunteers who supported me in the event
Subba Rao Padavala: It is a great opportunity

Surya Narayana Kurrarapu: Under this CIM project, we
have provided some facilities to the school and given training to students
regarding their career concern and also we are conducted games and Quizzes’ to
the students. I thought whatever we are
provided there like Benches, desks, sports kits, books and plantation program
are more useful to them. I am very happy as a part of that project as a
volunteer. I would like to say thanks to MHFI for conducting this kind of
events.
Anusha : I was really enjoyed a lot with Children and involved in few
programs like Career enhancement program for school children and sports
conducted. I am thankful to MHFI as our MHFI conducting such "Community
Impact Month”.
Parameshwar Pashikanti: It’s a wonderful
experience interacting with the children. Their enthusiasm is impressive. I can
say that they have bright future. I taught few things to them but learned many.
They really deserve all the benefits we have provided and even more. It’s one
of the best projects I have attended till now. I thank all the other volunteers
for their cooperation for making it’s a big success. I thank Sanjeevulu &
S&P Capital IQ for giving such a good opportunity to be a part of this
project and guide the children…
