FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Ramesh Kumar Masanam (Project Lead):-It’s a great privilege that I got a chance to serve the community and that to in my native place Lingareddygudem. The village consists of a population of around 5000 and all these villagers are buy drinking water or have ground water which contains fluoride. I pursued their problem carefully and approached the village Sarpanch and village heads which make me to plan for construction of water tanks in village. For that I am very much thankful to my village Sarpanch and heads.  For villager to have good health they should have good and safe water so with help of storing Krishna river drinking water they can have this water instead of having fluoride water which affect their lives very badly. To pursue their good health they required a water tanks which will be very helpful to them. To store and have Krishna river water, so with the help of CIM project fund I have made construction of two water tanks in this village. And also inspired the villager about unity, growth plans, discussed & motivated the people about the importance of education, importance of vote, social responsibility and Mankind, etc.
I have feel real the happiness in the eyes of villager when I guiding their kids about good career planning options, distributing the note books to poor students, etc.  It made me very much happy and even my family is very happy about these great services which have done for society. I would like to thank from bottom of my heart to the CIM project for all the amenities provided to my village. I hope this will go a long way in shaping the Village in a better way. In this regard I extended my helping hand through EVG program that was conducted in the village called Lingareddy Gudem, in Nalgonda dist. Various activities have conducted under one EVG program which is led by Mr. Ramesh Kumar Masanam. All the participants were very actively worked and by seeing this dwellers of the village also participated very enthusiastically. We have inaugurated water tank in the village which will be very useful to store water and easy access to all the natives. To enlighten the knowledge among we took small step by distributing note books and provided career guidance to the students. Plantation of trees is the one of other major activity we have done to protect the nature and educated the students the importance of the plants and trees without which the very existence of human kind will be in hazard. To me it’s an achievement that I have contributed small amount of time for this service. Hope in the future also I will avail my time for social responsibility.

Jagan Babu Sunku: It’s a good opportunity for me to be a part of the event for a meaningful impact, as well expanding our network and had great fun. I am thankful to my event manager, Ramesh Kumar Masanam who gave me an opportunity as a volunteer of this project.

Amarnath Gummisetty: There are few things which you have never done in your life; there are few experiences which could easily be considered as worthy. I can say to an extent that I have had an opportunity to actually experience one of such time. I have visited “Lingareddy gudem” village  as a part of CIM program initiated by my company (SP Capital IQ - MHFI). The program was basically revolved around “built Water tankers” along with providing sessions viz – career guidance, life lessons, insights about importance of education to the students (primary to higher secondary) etc.  To talk about the village, I must say its lot better than any city in likes of greenery, naturally growing food, handlooms and beautiful serene places all around.
When I got off from the bus and saw the school it struck me to the core. It was really unsettling for me to see the condition that school was in with limited space, less no. of chair in the classroom, no facilities in terms of fans, lights etc.  But their innocent smile took off all my thoughts about the harsh condition they were in. I happen to meet few very bright and brilliant kids and I was totally taken by surprise to see their eagerness to learn and ask questions about the future and how best they can achieve certain things in life. I was sure about one thing that this day was not only about convincing and educating these children but also to make them capable enough to face the outer world and I’m sure same intention was in heart of all the volunteers (my colleagues) who accompanied me yesterday to make sure that along with education, these kids needs to be taught more about the life
I realized and what we often do, we curse situations many times about lot of bad happening to us, but after meeting these kids I learned that things could have been worse. I will never ever forget those genuine smiles. I heartily thank CIM program for giving me an experience of a lifetime and an opportunity to touch many hearts. I will always be obliged. Tons of thanks to my friend and host of this event Mr. Ramesh Masanam without whom I wouldn’t even know about this event. I really find myself lucky that I got an opportunity to spend time with these kids and be a part of their lives. Hope to see their growth in the future and visit them soon.

Shravya Soma: Thank very much to MHFI for providing a good platform to act and get satisfied. Even parents are very happy for such activities we have done in this village. Nature is always being treated as mother and protecting it is the basic responsibility of every common man. We have believed this fact and planted several plants across the village and explained how to project the nurture.

Raghuram Sripelli: I am really happy now and it can’t be measurable with anything for sure. This is my first attempt to be part of MHFI CIM projects and I would really thankful to my organization for giving the opportunity to be a volunteer for a noble cause. Of all, it is a great privilege to serve the society without expecting any salutation. The triumph of joy derived from these activities is more memorable than any token of acknowledgement for sure

Sanjeev Kumar: This year’s CIM project has lot to give not only for us (the volunteers) but also as whole since it is something which can be remembers for rest of your life. I could say so since this is the second project I have attended for this year and both were superb. To talk about this particular CIM project, I have had an opportunity to be a part of this Nobel project which is led by my friend and colleague Mr. Ramesh Masanam, where we have visited a small town “Choutuppal”. This project revolved around setting up of water tanker alongside providing the basic information about sanitation, plantation, education and its importance to children.
Overall it was a nice experience; we gave all the inputs required from our end to serve the purpose of this project. Be its guiding the people about how best water could be preserved while setting up the water tankers. We also made sure each and every one of them understand the moto behind doing all this, which hopefully they got it. It’s always a great feeling spending times with kids and parallel learns from them about their thought process with an effort to make sure and see if they are thinking in a right direction. We happen to do so and taught these kids about many things in particular about the importance of education. They were glad to listen as well as sharing their words with the volunteers. Let’s hope to continue and contribute to such causes in near future as well.

Swarani Molleti: I am very happy as being a part of this project; this is my first experience of participating in such a great project. I hope you will continue this kind of projects forever.

Rajesh Gandham: Happy to be a part of the CIM Project. This is a great experience & opportunity to know the problems of society and help them; we have constructed the water tanks, now the villager’s don’t have to worry about the availability of water. And educated the people about the benefits of storage and conservation of water. Thanks to S&P capital IQ I am very proud to be a part of CIMB project.

Raja Chary Kesarapu: This is a great experience & opportunity to know the problems of society and help them; we have constructed the water tanks, now the villager’s don’t have to worry about the availability of water. And educated the people about the benefits of storage and conservation of water. Happy to be a part of the CIM Project. Thanks to S&P capital IQ I am very proud to be a part of CIMA project.
