FEEDBACK OF THE CIM VOLUNTEERS:
Venu Nalluri (Project Leader): Great opportunity to serve the society, very happy to be part of this project and thankful to S&P Capital IQ for giving me this opportunity to coordinate and lead this event and thanks to the entire team for supporting me in this event and for their enthusiastic participation. I felt very happy after seeing smiles on the faces of school children.

Nageswar Rao Kommineni (Co-Leader): I am very happy for being a part of this corporate social responsibility activity. I had a great time spending with students, and advising them about their future studies. It was nice to see happiness on the faces of future citizens. I would like to participate in more projects like this. Thanks to S&P Capital IQ to allow me and other employees to share our abilities towards the development of better society.

Swapna Sree Medikonda:  Giving back is a great way to fulfill our community service requirements for schools & make a difference in the community we live. My community service experience was a very positive one. In preparing to do service, I learned a great deal about what it would mean to do my FIRST community service. I first had to learn that in order to do my service successfully, I had to be willing to make some sacrifices, my time and energy in particular. I knew that that would be difficult, but ultimately, I was able to summon the ability to do that. Through the activities and talking to the children on career planning, I developed, first and foremost, the ability to connect with younger children. I feel that the kids I had spent the time with really enjoyed when I was there and excitement they have shown to learn has inspired me to give more.
And I truly believe every cliché there is about volunteering. The giver receives even more than he/she gives, giving time can be more important than giving things and, I believe it all....

Jagadish Babu Alapati: I felt very happy being a part of this project with co-participants at ZPHS, Mallampet. It was a wonderful experience to spend time with the school children & interacting with them. They are very disciplined & respectable when we visited their classes for career guidance & while conducting activities in school. Thank you MHFI for providing this excellent opportunity to serve society & especially with other volunteers.

Anil Kumar Sabbineni:  Its great pleasure to participate in this project at ZPHS, Mallampet; at the time of my studies I read “social responsibility of companies” now I participated throw #MHFI Impact. It was wonderful experience and goodtime with students. We have done several activities like Ground leveling, Career guidance to students, Quiz and paintings.  Special thanks to other volunteers for cooperation.
