FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Surender
kavali (Project Leader): I am very happy that I got an opportunity to spend, work, engage
and guide the young minds. It’s been a great opportunity to work for the
society with Community Impact month through our company. It was really my
pleasure to be given the chance to work with other volunteers. My colleagues
supported a lot in making this project a successful one and showed what genuine
service means. Really appreciate the efforts of Volunteers. Thanks to all
volunteers who made this event great success. Lead India 2020 Foundation and
S&P Capital IQ has given me the opportunity to help out in contributing to
society and in another way, providing a platform for me to learn and improve
myself. Just wanted to say that it feels great to be able to contribute to the
community, a contrast to the boring routine life I lead It was really my
pleasure to get chance to do service to the community. I am satisfied with this
project MHFI provided 1.20 lacks for my native village (school). Special thanks
to our company conducting CIM projects and serving to needy people. I hope I
will continue to do this CIM projects in future.

Prithvi Raj Akula: Being part of the CIM Organized by the Surender Kavali @
Peddamangalaram was enjoyable and meaning full for me. The program helped us to
improve our team building skills and leader ship skills the way the project
leaders had handled the event for being successful. I am very much pleased to
inform that I had complete satisfaction and pleasure to be part of this event
because we had an impact on the children for their further career guidance,
skill development which we shared our views and the current market position of
the education system. Volunteering the CIM program for the children was not an
easy task handling a group of children having so much ambiguity but dealing
with them helped us to know the skills of the children. Looking forward to be
part of more such knowledge sharing events.
Suresh Kumar
Ravela: Taking Part
in CIM was fun and meaningful to me. It helped everyone in the team to walk
along the same path and take decisions at the right time. Using our resources
and our knowledge for the welfare of others will always give a great
satisfaction and pleasure and this CIM at Peddamangalaram was no different at
all. Volunteering was not always an easy task but it was all through a great
satisfactory experience sharing your thoughts to young children and bringing
smiles on their faces was a great sight. Will cherish this experience and
looking forward for many more to come.
