Project Location: Vivekananda Public School, Banjarahills, Road No. 3, 38,
Journalist Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad ,Telangana, India.
About the Project: The School with 480 students and recently upgraded to 10
standard but no furniture to teach and benches to sit for students. The CIM
project facilitates sitting benches for the students and to bring back smiles.

Guidance, Quiz, Games & lecture on Women safety for girls

Highlights:
1. MHFI provided
Rs.100,000 worth of school benches
2. MHFI provided
Rs.5000 worth of note books and stationary items to the students
3. 3000 worth of
rice for midday meals to students.

spend 5 hours of their personal time to teach about career guidance and other
sessions

school benches which can be facilitate 3 class rooms with 80 students

Community Impact Program: McGraw-Hill Financial (www.mhfi.com ) the company which strongly
believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. MHFI encourages its
employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees would be working
together and for solving public problems in their community to build better
lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees
spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ,
Hyderabad (part of MHFI group www.spcapitaliq.com
) employees applied for projects from various areas.
FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Sreenivasulu Racharla (Project Leader): It’s been a great
opportunity to spend, work, engage and guide the young minds. They are very
smart in actions by resulting 100% with fewer enmities. I am sure that The CIM
day was filled the physical and personal advancements to school and the
students and finally thanks to our beloved and esteemed organization to giving
an opportunity to serve to society.
Susanta Kalyan: It was really a great experience in the
school. It reminds us our school days. The students are awesome and I have
learnt many things from them. Hope we did something for the children to
betterment their school days.
Nikhileshwar Reddy Baddam: It is a great opportunity
to participate such kind of programs organized by our MHFI. I was greatly
enjoyed on the day and get deeply involved in few programs like Career
enhancement program for school children and sports conducted. I am thank full
to MHFI as our MHFI conducting such "Community Impact Month
Sathish Kumar: The Students in this school were very
enthusiastic, intelligent and deserve all the benefits that we provided.
And we
should really appreciate Srinivas for bringing up this project, for his hard
work and the way he coordinated. I’ve observed that he was on barefoot whole
time when we in primary section and handling things.
Hemanth Harsha: Though it was few hours with those kids, but we made change. Not
only kids and the management. I too had a good time in the school with other
volunteers. I’m glad to be a part of this project and Involving in such
activities refreshes us and the kids
Bikram Khuntia: Thanks to S&P capital IQ to giving me
chance to be a part of CIM project. It was a great time for me with the
students. It was just one of my memorable days.
Gokulnath: It’s a wonderful experience interacting with
the students and teaching the career guidance. Thanks for the all volunteers
for their support.

Muriki: It’s a
wonderful experience interacting with the children. Their enthusiasm is
impressive. I can say that they have bright future. I taught few things to them
but learned many. They really deserve all the benefits we have provided and
even more. It’s one of the best projects I have attended till now. I thank all
the other volunteers for their cooperation for making it’s a big success. I
thank Srinivas for giving such a good opportunity to be a part of this project
and guide the children…
Shailaja Chhavi: It was really a great experience we had together.
And I just want to take this opportunity to thanks each one of you. Spending
time with our future bright minds was just amazing. I realized that our little
time of devotions can make a huge difference in society.
Neelamani Panda: I would definitely say that we made a
difference, but not just for the students in schools but in our own life.
Volunteering has allowed me to come back home with a different perspective not
just in the way I live but how I interact with others. I welcome volunteering
as it allows people the true experience of those we are trying to help going
beyond what you see on television or in magazines." Volunteering was
magical on so many levels. It’s been a great opportunity to spend, work, engage
and guide the young minds and also become a helping hand in enhancing their
future. Thank you CIMA project for providing me such an opportunity for
becoming a part in the development of the society. The day we spent with the
children by the means of our Community impact project was a really awesome and
heartwarming.

Amitha Kotcharlakota: That was one great
project, and I’m thankful to you for giving me this opportunity to participate
in such project, I would like to participate in future too, what we did was
necessary for the growth and education of children, one initiative can change
their perspective towards society , I hope we have given them the motivation to
achieve their goals.
Jitendra Gdnyanchand Rahangadale: It’s have been a great
opportunity to share our experience or knowledge to students and guide for
develop carrier path .Thank you CIMA project for providing me such an
opportunity for becoming a part in the development of the society. The day we
spent with the children by the means of our Community impact project was a
