Update about service project conducted by employees of S&P Capital

About the Project: Obulapur is a remote
village with agriculture as main occupation and there are many elderly people
out there ignorant about preventive health care practices and free health
services provided by government. Due to this reason, they get in to health
issues which can be avoided with proper daily care. Volunteers can make that
possible. Apart from this school of that village lacks various basic facilities
like school desk benches, library furniture and sports equipment. Providing
those facilities will significantly add value to the education of students.

Activity: CIQ Volunteers arranged
in round table with 10-12 Old age people accompanied for every table, they
provided Health care guidance, Food habits, Health insurance etc. In addition
to this, Volunteers were arranged the furniture & other equipment in the
school and also involved in cleaning the school premises and conducting games
to the students. Volunteers Involved in plantation.

Impact:
There
are around 30 old age people engaged and
120 students enrolled in the school. They will get inspiration from volunteers
and concentrate on their studies by setting clear goals to learn and grow. In
addition to that school will become better equipped with good facilities.

) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'.
MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+
employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their
community to build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per
project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year
S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad (part of MHFI group www.spcapitaliq.com ) employees applied
for projects from various areas.

Margam Srinivas: It’s my privilege to be a part of your CIM
team and meet all the students. I felt happy and it’s been a good way, where we
can serve our society . As a part of the MHFI community Impact month we gave
guidance to higher classes regarding how to plan the carrier and guided the
importance of education and how knowledge with behavior redeems the world and
we also planted trees which would be helpful for future. By this I feel we
fulfilled the motive “giving back is essential” .Thanks to be a part of this
wonderful program.
Sunkari Hari Prasad:
I am first thankful to you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy
the nature, greenery and unity in your village. I felt very happy to be part of
educating the students, and sharing the knowledge regarding their careers. I
got new energy from them and inspired from some of the students. I taught
something and I learn something from them, Thank You very much
Srinivasa Raju Mantena: Spending Time for a
society will always give Happiness. We need to spend more and more Time and
Efforts for educating will leads our personal growth also.

Pativada: It was wonderful being work with the Team on CIM project. As an
Employee of S&P Capital IQ I am happy to say that our Company is serving
poor people with a cause (Giving back is Essential) and I am a part of this.
These types of projects gives motivation, improve Leadership skills.
Rakesh Kumar Birusunti: Feel very happy by
attending the project. Group co-ordination is good. Apart from daily work these
types of projects makes us to come out of stress.
Siva Rama Prasad Malluvalasa: I have AMAZING experience
in this project, I enjoyed a lot with school children’s they are active
participate and management shown lot of responsible to our project, thanks for
giving path for such nice project to help society and Contribution myself.
Prem Kumar Voona: It was great experience
to me I really thanks to CIQ to giving this opportunity to me.
Suersh Babu Mallareddi: Weekend time spends with
children its very happy to me. It is refreshment to daily work place. Spending
Time for a society will always give Happiness. We need to spend more and more
Time and Efforts for educating will leads our personal growth also

Feedback of Village Sarpanch: First of all I would like
to take this moment to thank this organization for such a wonderful job; really
many people will be inspired by doing these kind social activities. Here,
they have cleaned the premises of Z.P.H.S, planted trees, provided career guidance

and our village; it is really very appreciable and laudable.
