FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Kevala Sunkari: I really enjoyed volunteering the project. Cleaning the premises, plantation of saplings, whitewashing the walls, playing games with the hostel students etc. really made me feel energetic throughout the day. The hostel was well maintained by the managing committee and the students. It was very clean and tidy. Students have more inner talents like singing and dancing (especially their traditional dance was awesome). The patriotic songs which they sang made our volunteers feel more patriotic.

Suresh Kumar Katakam: First of all, I would like to say my sincere thanks for accepted me a part of this CIM project as a volunteer. This is a good opportunity to serve the needy people and involving with the people. I felt so much happy for participation. I learned so many things from our CIM Project. I observed team work, motivation, guidance and other things. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who implemented this kind of projects.

Surya Prakash Kolluru: I felt very happy to be a part of CIM project at Sree Rama Vidhyarthi Nilayam. We created value for the time we spent there, very happy to be part of this successful CIM event, Great opportunity to serve the society, "SERVING THE SOCIETY IS SERVING THE ALMIGHTY" ......Giving me the opportunity to serve the people is great and I am really thankful to Ganesh and S&P Capital IQ for making me feel proud and satisfied.

Suman Alahari: I felt very happy to be a part of CIM project  in Sree Rama Vidhyarthi Nilayam  at Deendayal Nagar. We provided the basic requirements like study tables, utensils, books, and other amenities for the vanavasi home students. We conducted quiz and elocution competitions for the students.  I have enjoyed a lot and it gave me so much enthusiasm to participate in future projects. I am very thankful to S&P Capital IQ and Ganesh Penugonda especially for providing me opportunity to be a part of this project.

Siva Gandipadala: Thank you, for giving us an opportunity to participate in a good project.  We felt giving back to the society is very much important.  By participating in this project we came to know that how tribal people in our country are facing problems.  We felt that we need to do something to the tribal people to enhance their living standards.  It is a good experience to work with our colleagues for a social cause.  Everyone felt happy that they got a chance to do service to the society.  We went to home with a satisfaction that we did a good thing to the society.

Venkatesh Kamsani: It is my first “CIM” in my office career and I am very happy to participate in event like this as we generally participate contributing books, materials, etc. in “government schools” but as this is the organization where the “tribal people” especially boys of “AGE from 16 onwards” were brought and providing “accommodation and education” by the “Vanavasi Kalyan parishad” management with help of funds from different “NGO’s, etc.” is very satisfying. As in this event we also got a opportunity to help the students by guiding about “career development” and importance of education in present day lifeless. So overall I am very satisfied and looking forward to attend this type of events in future in our organization.

Jhansi Lakshmi Mallemoggala: It is a great opportunity to be a part in “Community Impact Month” as a volunteer by maintain the motto of our company ‘Giving Back is Essential’ to serve the society where we are getting everything.
