FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Mahesh Goudigama (Project Leader): Being a Project Leader of CIM Project, first I would like to say my special thanks to S&P Capital IQ for giving opportunity to serve the society in terms of donating benches, Tables & Chairs and also life skills training & Career Guidance to students. I am extremely grateful to all the volunteers and also my special thanks to Co-Project Leader – Mr. Venkata Swamy. And Special thanks to Mr. Ravinder Raju for successful completion of this project. The manner in which you all immersed yourself in to the role of volunteer is amazing. Your interaction with those underprivileged children will stay forever in their minds and it will certainly transform them into good citizens of tomorrow.

Venkata Swamy Vallakati (Project Co-Leader): I was very happy to participate in this social service program (CIM Project). It's very pleasure to do service to the Students. We have done clean and neatly the school ground. After our service, it looks very beautiful and very useful to play. Providing school benches is also very much useful to the school. Thanks to Mahesh for gave me an opportunity.

Dipak Kumar Gouda: The volunteer work was an once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I was glad that I had taken part. Thank you Mahesh sir and my colleagues for giving this opportunity. It’s been a pleasurable activity to serve the school children. When I see the play ground it was completely destructed and scattered with stones and rocks!! This seems children are unable to play and lack of infrastructure (Benches and furniture) they’re also suffering from good education. After tremendous hard work of our colleagues, that ground again converted to beautiful Playground. And with the distribution of necessary study materials they seem Hedonistic. I went to the class room to interact with students with the intention of lifting the spirits of the children there, but found myself, on the contrary, cheered by the smiles of the children I encountered. I realized that, through these activities, volunteers not only give things to others but also learn things from others.

Rajasekhar Puppala: First of all I would like to thank you for providing me this wonderful opportunity to serve the society. It is my distinct pleasure to serve along with other volunteers, who despite of their busy schedule made their way to sankarpally and participated in such a wonderful program. On a personal front it gave me a tremendous self satisfaction and I was delighted to work under your leadership. Please make me a part in your next year’s project.

Ravinder Raju Karre: It’s been great experience working in this project. I had wonderful experience interacting with the school children and guiding their career. We have provided benches and proper playground for the students. I really thank our project leader Mahesh Goudigama for providing the opportunity to serve the society.

Ananda Patnaik: First of all I would like to thank you for giving me a golden opportunity for helping poor school children. I feel excited, proud and enjoyable by seeing poor school children. Be continuing the project every year and help to the poor school children and develop the country. I am fully satisfied with this project. Please make me a part in your next year’s project.

Kotireddy: I am glad to be with your team as volunteer, for the CIM program. I like to mention the below points. Making playground for the kids was really fun and I enjoyed the most. Interacting with kinder garden and conducting quiz for the10th class students was amazing. The process helped me in coordinating and working with a group of people without shy. Simply to conclude the entire work was sublime

Laxma Reddy Yenkannagari: As a volunteer of this CIM Project, first I would like to say my heartfelt thanks to CIM Leader (i.e. Mr. Mahesh Goudigama) for successfully completing this project.
