Update about service project conducted by employees of S&P Capital

About the
Project: This is a government Zilla Parishad High school has 390 strength
and run for educating underprivileged students and lacks various basic
facilities like proper furniture, library, and sports equipment to engage
students. Also there are many students from that area drop out from school
because of various economic and social factors. They are unaware about value of
education and how it can support their survival. Volunteers can bring that
awareness among them with various works.

Activity: CIQ Volunteers arranged
in round table with 10-12 students accompanied for every table, they provided
guidance for the students on their further education, goal setting and study
techniques in their selected field with the help of flow charts and graphs. In
addition to this, Volunteers were arranged the furniture & other equipment
in the school and also involved in cleaning the school premises and conducting
games to the students.
Date & Time: 27th June, 2015 from10am to 5pm

Impact:
There
are around 390 students currently enrolled in the school. They will get
inspiration from volunteers and concentrate on their studies by setting clear
goals to learn and grow. In addition to that school will become better equipped
with good facilities.

MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+
employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their
community to build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per
project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year
S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad (part of MHFI
group www.spcapitaliq.com )
employees applied for projects from various areas.

Balendar Kola
(Project Leader): It’s really great feeling to do CIM in Ksheera sagar High School
where I have studied by sitting on the floor, but now the students are sitting
on the benches with provided furniture to them by MHFI, Students are shown up
their happiness in their smiles and also the most important interactive session
is Career Guidance, Made really success. I thank all the volunteers who were
part of this program has given good career guidance and the inspiration to the

attending this program. Looking ahead to be part of some more projects to share
values, ethics and basics of life …as essential…to every one
Naveen: It was great day on June
27 2015 at “Zilla Parishad School at ksheera sagar, Medak Dist.” Day went with
lot of activities (conducting games, competitions, and interactive sessions).
We have shared the knowledge by educating the higher students of the school
with different education systems / ways after their SSC and suggesting them the
attributes which are required for their future. We also cared their current
problems by providing the educational needs like books, stationery and sports
material. Lastly, I would like to congratulate ‘Balender Kola and his team’ for
planning and executing the event successfully.
Suneetha T: It’s my privilege to be a
part of your CIM team and meet all the students. I felt happy and it’s been a
good way, where we can serve our society. As a part of the MHFI community
Impact month we gave guidance to higher classes regarding how to plan the
carrier and guided the importance of education and how knowledge with behavior
redeems the world and we also planted trees which would be helpful for future
by this I feel we fulfilled the motive “giving back is essential” .Thanks to be
a part of this wonderful program.
Gayathri: I felt happy to be a part of the CIM program last week at Medak
district .We actively involved in mentoring students and guiding them regarding
their carrier. It’s a wonderful experience and I had good time to spend a day
in the school environment, which remembered me all my never ever comeback
school days.
Ramani: Thanks for giving me this
opportunity to be part of this CIM project. Really it was great experience to
me to share our thoughts and experience to improve their quality of life
Aparna: Thanks to MHFI for giving
me a chance to serve society through this CIM. It was really a good opportunity
-educating the school children about their future and studies. Expecting
opportunity to participate in some more Projects in future
Vikram: I am first thankful to
you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the nature, greenery and unity in
your village. I felt very happy to be part of educating the students, and sharing
the knowledge regarding their careers. I got new energy from them and inspired
from some of the students. I taught something and I learn something from them.

Rahul: It was immense pleasure to serve the society for a noble cause. It
was a privileged to be a part of the CIM. It’s a wonderful experience and felt
happy to get an opportunity to encourage and motivate the student for their
upcoming future.
Abhinash Rout:
This
one is my first CIM and previously I thought as I don’t know Telugu language, I
may not be able to participate effectively. But after I attended this CIM I can
say that, I effectively participated in the project & also enjoyed a lot.
Regarding this CIM it was very much successful and the way we uplifted the
confidence level of the students was great. Also thankful to your villagers,
school children and teachers to be very much familiar with us.
Hari Prasad D:
I am
very happy to be part of this CIM project providing books, sports kit, benches,
and make awareness to the student’s on their career guidance. Suresh and me conducted
career guidance program to the students and conducted quiz program, it’s very
good respond from students. Thanks to MHFI for giving this great opportunity to
serve the society

experience to be part of this project. This was a good opportunity to serve the
children of the school through this wonderful (CIM) project
