Project Location: Zilla Parishad High School, Vattinagulapalli, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, India
About the Project: The Government School with 280 students  and doesn’t have a basic needs that  lunch shelter and water purifier ,books, Sports kits , after our project they used to do lunch under our newly constructed shelter The CIM project facilitates drinking water facility  for the students and to bring back smiles.

Activity: Constructing lunch shelter, provided water purifier, Note books and Sports kit.

Highlights:
1.       MHFI provided Rs.120,000 for procuring materials and expenses for the project
2.       MHFI provided build Lunch shelter
3.       MHFI provided water purifier 50 liters to the school.
4.       MHFI provided note books and stationary items to the students
5.       Volunteers spend 6 hours of their personal time to teach about career guidance and basics of business and finance
6.       Conducted games and quiz regarding subjective matters
7.       Distributed Gifts to students

Impact:
·         With lunch shelter many students used to have it for their lunch and morning prayer and can facilitate it as cultural activities as well
·         water Purifier 50 liters for the students
·         Provided sports items with all equipment help them to play on ground
·         Shared knowledge and explained about career guidance

About Community Impact Program: McGraw-Hill Financial ( www.mhfi.com ) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community to build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad (part of MHFI group www.spcapitaliq.com ) employees applied for projects from various areas.

Naga Sankar Rao K: I am very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through my company. This project is successful and the credit goes to the volunteers and S&P Capital IQ which provided me opportunity to do this CIM Project. I am satisfied and got good experience with this project. This is one of my best memorable movements, and I hope will continue this in future.

Raja Sekhar Murukutla: It was a wonderful experience to me, serving the orphans. I feel proud what we are doing in the form of "CIM" to the society, and by this visit I truly believe to the phrase which says "Giving back is essential". My great thanks to management and my special thanks to Sankar giving me an opportunity to serve the people.

Mukesh Kumar: CIMA project was very insightful; it has given a chance to contribute some amount of time to the society from where we come. I had direct interaction with school kids, just loved to share our views towards Career and how to shape their future. It was really a nice experience for me. I would like to thank our company for providing me the opportunity to participate in this project.

Lal Bahadur Shaik: I am very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through my company. This project is successful and the credit goes to the volunteers and S&P Capital IQ that gave me the opportunity to do this. I am satisfied and got good experience with this project. This is one of my best memorable movements, and I hope will continue this in future.

Chandra Sowjanya Abbireddi: It is a great opportunity for being a part of such wonderful activities, feeling really blissful. I could do my best part in this event and it was just possible because of the effective handling of the things by the coordinators and my co-volunteers. I look forward to working with such projects. Thanks for the company for providing the exposure for these kinds of activities. Hope it will be continued ever after.

Nirupa Thummuri: As part of “Community Impact Month”, providing facilities to Zilla Parishad High School at Nijampet has become a worth full service for all of us. I took this as an opportunity through which i can extend some service to the community from my side. We provided Career Guidance to the students, conducted games, quiz and essay writing competitions. Hope we have imparted some knowledge into their minds through these activities. Students also participated very well and won lot many prizes. Finally, I feel fortunate as I am also a part of this project.

Rama Krishna Narayana Reddy : I thought this project created so many memories to us. I am very much happy to be a part of this project. I hope this project was successful and creates lot of confidence for going forward projects. My special thanks to MHFI and S&P Capital IQ.

Uma Devi Yekula: I am very much happy to say that I got an opportunity to serve the society and I got a good experience with this project. Thank full to each and every one, who involved in this community impact program and for the great idea.

Priyambada Dutta: I am really happy to be a part of this project. Hope our effort for the noble cause will result in future. This is really called “Serve to empower self”. Had a great time. Days will go, things will go but the memories will be there forever. Special thanks to Mr. Kakarpati & hope to join you next year

Nagarani Gangam: Once again thank you for providing me this golden opportunity to serve the society. It is my pleasure to serve along with other volunteers and be continuing the project every year and help the poor school children and develop the country. I am fully satisfied with this project. I thank all the other volunteers for their cooperation for making it’s a big success.

Sreenivasa Reddy Peddireddi: I am extremely happy to be a part of this project. Helping underprivileged children, even in a small way, gives enormous satisfaction. I would like to thank MHFI for giving this opportunity and like to congratulate all the team members. Hope to see you guys next year.
