FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Surendra Raju Sibbyala: I would definitely say we made a difference, but not just for the people in Kondareddy pally but in our own life. Volunteering has allowed me to come back home with a different perspective not just in the way I live but how I interact with others. It’s an opportunity for all of us to give back something to our society.  Really the School Children at that Govt School need support which was fulfilled by our Company. And looking forward to share our knowledge and serve the society in future. It gave me immense pleasure to become a part of the CIMA-088. My heart overwhelmed with happiness seeing the pleasure on their faces for having received those gifts and goodies. Thank you for the opportunity.

Manasa Nannem: There are few experiences which are treated as worthy in an Individual’s life. I had such great opportunity serving Zilla Parishad School at Kondareddypally, Keshampeta Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. I have visited that village as part of GVD program initiated by my company (SP Capital IQ - MHFI). This is my first attempt to be part of MHFI CIM projects and I sincerely thank my organization for giving the opportunity to be a part of the project. In ZPS, we painted the class-rooms. Students are provided with benches containing desks and Sports Kit. Along with that volunteers provided a session on career guidance, life lessons, insights about importance of education to the students (primary to higher classes) etc. It was really upsetting for me to see the condition that school was in, having less number of chairs in the classroom with no quality benches, no facilities in terms of fans, lights etc.  But their smile took off all my thoughts about the harsh condition they were in. I happen to meet few very bright and brilliant kids and I was totally taken by surprise to see their eagerness to learn and ask questions about the future and how best they can achieve certain things in life. I realized what we often do, we curse situations many times about lot of bad happening to us, but after meeting these students I have known that things could have been worse.
We conducted games for the students. They were very happy and enthusiastic to participate in each and every activity. The atmosphere over there took me to my childhood, and bonded relationship among all of us. They encouraged us to play with them. Finally, we gave prizes to winners and runner-ups’ in the games and activities established a like speeches, songs by them. Everybody of them received a notebook as a token of gift. They were very keen about their career growth. We left from that place with a great feel and a genuine smile on their faces. I feel proud that my company had taken initiative and heartfelt thanks to Prabhakar Rao Kotapati Sir, who had initiated the social service programs, to Brahmandam Venkata Surya Chandra Sekhar Sir, who had taken up this project and to all the volunteers who were with me in this project.

Deepika Ijjigiri: As a part of GVD program we went to Kondareddy pally in Mahboobnagar on 22nd June 2015. This is my first CIM project and I would really thankful to our organization for giving the opportunity to be a volunteer for a noble cause. Of all, it is a great privilege to serve the society without expecting any salutation. The school was in a condition where there is no proper paint, students have a class room but with no benches. They have a big play ground, but no playing kits. I had ever seen a school like this. I came to know that there are many schools without these facilities. We had provided them the benches, sports kit and distributed the Note books to the students. They were happy to see us in providing them all these needs. We also had conducted some outdoor games, they have participated very actively, Given prizes to them. They have asked us to be there with them all the time very innocently. I really enjoyed my time with them.
I feel happy that my company had taken initiative to serve the society & the need of children in the government schools. I’m really lucky to be the part of this project, thanks to Chandra Shekar Sir for giving this opportunity and I would like to thank all the volunteers who have participated in this program.

Chandra Sekhar Kandula: It was great experience being part of this CIM project. We spent our day at Kondareddypalli government school, painted classrooms and provided some amenities to the school. Conducted various games for the school children and involved everyone in the events. They were so energetic and enthusiastic and participated in all the events. At the end, addressed the children and explained them about the importance of education and community service. Thank you so much for the opportunity given to me to be part of this event.

Kshira Sagara Sai Achanta: I am very much happy for being participated and rendered service in our CIM Project at Govt. Primary High School, Konda reddy pally village, Kesampet mandal, Mahaboobnagar Disrict.
School students feel so happy for providing basic amenities such as:
  •          for white washing of walls and coloring windows and doors ;
  •          for providing Benches for school students  to sit on ;
  •          for cleaning of School premises ;
  •          for conducting games and awarded prizes ;
  •          for distribution of books & pen and pencils .

By providing the above basic amenities, it would be helpful for the up lifting of underprivileged students and bring change and happiness in their lives. Thank you very much for giving me an opportunity for being participated and serviced to the society through this project.

Sivaiah Boya: First of fall I am so glad to thankful to Chandra Sekhar sir who were coordinated this GVD program and given me wonderful opportunity to serve the society.  I was actively participated since started time to ending time of in this GVD program. We painted nearly four rooms and it was looking so good after painting the rooms. We had conducted games for school students like kabaddi, kho kho, etc, after that we provided gifts those who were won the games. And I would like to say one thing, this is one of the best GVD programs in my all the participated GVD programs.

Ramesh Ganji: First of all I would like to thank you for providing me this wonderful opportunity to serve the society. It is my distinct pleasure to serve along with other volunteers, who despite of their busy schedule made their way to KondaReddy Pally Village and participated in such a wonderful Programme. Providing basic amenities like benches means that students are relived from back pain and knee problems and concentrate more on studies. And obviously the school building renovation, painting, Interaction with students and their participation in games, on a personal front it gave me a tremendous self-satisfaction and I was delighted to work under your leadership. Please make me a part in your next year’s project.
