Update about service project conducted by employees of S&P Capital IQ (www.spcapitaliq.com) - Business unit of McGraw Hill Financial (www.mhfi.com), Hyderabad, India.

Project Location: Z.P.H School, Chityal, Nalgonda District, Telangana, India

About the Project: This is a government charitable school run for educating children with special needs and lacks of various basic requirements like physiotherapy materials and proper furniture to engage students. Also there are another 20 members of students from that area are not able to reach the school because of transportation, economic and social factors. They are unaware about value of health & education and how it can support their survival. Volunteers can bring that awareness among them with various works.

Activity: Volunteers need to educate the parents of children who not able to reach the school, discuss and understand reasons for not coming to the school and guide them on how their short term efforts will lead for better future and also educate regarding health and education of children with special needs. In addition to that they will arrange physiotherapy material and other furniture to school to give confidence to the children. They also will motivate students to dream big and achieve big.

Date & Time: 5th July, 2015 from 10am to 5pm

1. MHFI provided Rs.120,000 for procuring materials and expenses for the project

2. Providing reading and writing chairs and table to School.

3. Speech Trainer.

5. Physiotherapy Equipment.

6. Learning and Playing Equipment.

7. ICT Equipment (Computer and Audio Visual Equipment)

8. Room Renovation.

9. Educate the parents of special children regarding the health and education.

10. Conducted games and distributed prizes.

Impact:

There are 25 students currently enrolled in the school. They get inspiration from volunteers and concentrate on their health and studies by setting clear goals to learn and grow. In addition to that school became better equipped with good facilities. Also 20+ children, who could not come to came back.

About Community Impact Program: McGraw-Hill Financial ( www.mhfi.com ) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community to build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad (part of MHFI group www.spcapitaliq.com ) employees applied for projects from various areas.

Ram Kumar: This project has given me an opportunity to meet special children by interacting with them I got different experience and emotional satisfaction. We enjoyed a lot by educating parents of disabled students, how to support & encourage their child to lead their life in successful manner. We educated the students regarding the importance of regular practice by using the Equipment which is given by our company to resolve their problem. I believed that this project full filled the basic needs of special children.

Ajesh Parambatt: I feel proud to be a part of this project. Our intention was to educating the parents of special children & providing equipment to special school, Chityal. We did our part, and I hope that they got motivated and should take it as in positive manner hence we can expect lot of improvement to those children. I can proudly say that our project was very good and successful, and I wish all the very best and success in their life.

1. తేది 05.07.2015 నాడు మా యొక్క ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ తరగతుల కేంద్రమునకు హైదరాబాద్ నుండి S&P CAPITAL IQ MCGRW HILL FINANCIAL TEAM మెంబెర్స్ ఉదయం 10:30 ని,, లకు చేరుకున్నారు. టీం లీడర్ చంద్రశేకర్ గారు తనతో వచ్చిన సంస్థ సబ్యులను మా కేంద్రమునకు ప్రత్యేక అవసారాలు గల పిల్లల తల్లిదండ్రులకు మరియు మా మండల విద్యాధికారి గార్కి , మా స్టాఫ్ వారందరికి పరిచయం చేయడం జరిగినది. తర్వాత చంద్రశేకర్ గారు సంస్థ సబ్యులను టీంలుగా ఏర్పాటు చేసి వారిని మా పిల్లల తల్లిదండ్రులతో ఇంటరాక్ట్ చేయించడం జరిగినది. ఈ సంస్థ సభ్యులు ఓపికతో మా యొక్క తల్లిదండ్రులతో ఇంటరాక్ట్ అయి వాళ్ళు ఎదురుకుంటున్న సమస్యల గురుంచి మరియు వారిలో వచ్చిన అభివృద్ధి గురుంచి తెలుసుకొని ఇప్పుడు మా యొక్క సమస్య ఇచ్చిన విద్యా పరికరాలు విరి అభివృద్ధికి ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగపడుతాయని తల్లిదండ్రులందరూ సద్వినియోగం చేసుకొని ఈ కేంద్రంనకు క్రమం తప్పకుండా పంపించాలని మా తల్లిదండ్రులకు కౌన్సిలింగ్ చేయడం జరిగినది.

2. మద్యాహ్నం 1:00 గం,, నుండి 2:00 గం,, వరకు భోజనంకు వెళ్లడం జరిగినది. వచ్చిన తర్వాత 2:15 ని,, ల నుండి ప్రత్యేకా అవసారాలుగల పిల్లలకు వివిధ రకాల ఆటలు ఆడిపిస్తూ పిల్లలకు సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు ఓర్పుతో, సహనంతో వారియొక్క సమయాన్ని 4:00 గం,, ల వరకు గడపడం జరిగినది.

3. 4:00 గం,, ల తర్వాత సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేయడం జరిగినది. ఈ యొక్క సమావేశమునకు మా మండల విద్యాధికారి గారు సి. హెచ్. గోవర్ధనాచారి గారు అధ్యక్షన వహించి కార్యక్రమాని నడిపించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిదిగా స్థానిక M.L.A శ్రీ వేముల వీరేశం గారు , గ్రామ ప్రజాప్రతినిదులు అందరు పాల్గున్నారు. ముందుగా సంస్థ వారు పున:నిర్మాణం చేసిన తరగతి గదిని M.L.A గారి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభోత్సవం చేయించడం జరిగినది. అలాగే సంస్థ వారు అందించిన లక్షా ఇరవై వేల (1,20000/-) రూపాయల విద్యా పరికారాలను కేంద్రం చేర్మెన్ అయిన మండల విద్యాధికారి శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.గోవర్ధనచారి గార్కి అందించడం జరిగినది. తిరిగి సమావేశం ప్రారబించడం జరిగినది.

4. ముందుగా మండల విద్యాధికారి శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.గోవర్ధనచారి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ CAPITAL IQ గురుంచి వారు చేస్తున్న సేవల గురుంచి కొనియాడారు. తర్వాత సంస్థ ప్రతినిది చంద్రశేకర్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ సంస్థ చేసినటువంటి సేవల గురుంచి వారి యొక్క పనిదినాలు గురుంచి మరియు సేవ కోసం సంస్థ బడ్జెట్ గురుంచి హైదరాబాదు నుండి 100 కిం.మీ లోపు వారు దత్తత తీసుకొని వారు అందించే సేవల గురుంచి వివరించడం జరిగినది.

5. MPP శ్రీమతి బట్టు అరుణ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ యొక్క సంస్థ వారు మా మండలానికి మరిన్ని సేవలు అందించి అభివృద్ధి పధంలో ముందు వుండేటట్లు చూడాలని అలాగే ఆ సంస్థ డైరెక్టర్ కి మరియు ప్రతినిధులను ఆ భగవంతుడు మరిన్ని సేవలు చేయుటకు తోడుపడాలని మనస్పూర్తిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాను.

6. సర్పంచ్ శ్రీమతి గుండేబోయిన శ్రీలక్ష్మి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ సంస్థ సేవలు అబినందనీయం అని ఈ సారి ఈ సంస్థ ప్రత్యేకా అవసారాలుగల పిల్లల కోసం విద్యా పరికారాలను అందించడం ఎంతో గొప్ప విషయం అని కొనియాడారు.

7. సంస్థ ప్రతినిది శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతో మా సంస్థ చేసిన సేవలలో ఈ సారి ఈ పిల్లల కోసం సేవ చేయడం నాకు ఎంతో సంతోషంగా వుంది ఈ రోజు వీరితో గడిపిన సమయం వారిలోని అభివృద్ధి ఆ ఉపాద్యాయులు చేస్తున్న సేవ చూసి ఈలాంటి సంస్థలు ఇంకా వున్న వాటికీ కూడా సహాయం అందేలా చుస్తాన్నని మా డైరెక్టర్లకు తెలియజేస్తాన్నని చెప్పారు. మమ్మల్ని ఇక్కడికి తిసుకవచ్చిన మా టీం లీడర్ చంద్రశేకర్ గార్కి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేసారు.

8. MLA శ్రీ వేముల వీరేశం గారు మాట్లాడుతూ CAPITAL IQ వారు చేస్తునటువంటి సేవలు ఆమోగం మరియు వారి సేవలో నన్ను భాగస్వామి చేసి నా చేతులా మీదుగా ఈ యొక్క విద్యా పరికారాలు అందించడం నా అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నాని మరియు ఇప్పటి వరుకు సమయాన్ని వెచ్చించి ఓపికతో వున్నా సంస్థ ప్రతినిదులకు, తల్లిదండ్రులకు మరియు పిల్లలకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేసారు.

9. చివరగా ప్రత్యేకా అవసారాలుగల పిల్లలా భోదకులు బోయ శ్రీనివాసులు, ఆవుల గీతలు వచ్చిన అందరికి వందనం సమర్పణ చేయడం జరిగినది.
