Project Location: Chinchode Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, Telangana, India
About the Project: Z.P.H. School is located in Chinchode Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District at a distance of 60KM from S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad and one of most backward area school.  This school needs facilities like Benches and Library books. By providing such facilities and volunteer work students get enthusiasm on studies and they can concentrate on their studies well, their skills will be enhanced and parents also feel secure to send their children to school. Village development mission campaign helps to villagers on self-employment training.

About Community Impact Program: McGraw-Hill Financial ( www.mhfi.com ) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community to build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad (part of MHFI group www.spcapitaliq.com ) employees applied for projects from various areas.


FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Kishore Kumar Reddy Nalabolu (Lead of project): I cannot forget the moments we spent on this Monday for CIM project. It is still fresh moment and like monument in my heart. This would not only benefit the villagers and students but surely more for volunteers. Students never forget our service and definitely use our facilities in the best way and grow. My sincere gratitude to S&P Capital IQ for providing an opportunity to serve the society in such a great way and leading this project.

Shanmuga Raja Munivelu: I feel delighted and happy with the way our contribution in this project. The two superstars of this project Mr. Kishore & Vara Prasad deserves more appreciation and wishes, without them this project cannot be existed. I am very much thankful to them and also my friends had a great contribution of services and had a great fun all the way. I am looking forward to be a part in this kind of project in the future. The school and the students are amazing. Right project for the Right school so much of useful for them.

Vijaya Gopal Medisetti: This kind of weekend can be the highlight of a whole autumn, as it has been for us, for the company and by the company. I am proud to be part of it .I want to thank especially Kishore and Prasad again for inviting me to join with you. I have wanted to do this for years, but have needed someone to take the lead. You were just the person for the job! The whole experience was wonderful--and cheerful. I say let's go find another big mountain to climb together! I can’t stop my words of appreciation of your willingness to meet with the social cause. Your ideas and suggestions contributed immensely to the project. I am encouraged by the decisions we made and anticipate the results will please the budgetary committee. It is good to have you as part of the team. I am confident that good things will come from our joint efforts. We want to thank you for attending successful project on Monday. The new Facilities available will be a great asset to our company, and we are pleased that this should be going on enormously. We will keep you posted with our ideas and issues whenever we find we have an opportunity to serve. Thank you all for the time you spent speaking with us and for your interest in social responsibility during the project.
