About the Project: This is a government school in which more than 360 students are undergoing for studies. This rural school is lack of facilities like sanitation, Drinking water, furniture and etc. As a priority we took up this project to improve sanitation facility in the school especially for Girls. Because many surveys revealed the fact that, due to lack of proper and hygienic sanitation facilities at schools, girl students discontinuing the studies. To make school better place and to make girl students continue their education at least up to metric level, we initiated this project. Even though students possess energy and intelligence to get in to good career, they could not get in to that because of missing leadership qualities. We conducted a session on “Goal setting and Career Guidance after Class 10” to class 9 and class 10 students. This session helped them in setting a goal and different paths to reach their Goal.
