FEEDBACK OF THE VOLUNTEERS:
Arun Kumar Karnati (Project Leader): Grand Finale: Goal
Setting and Career Guidance program was really a magnificent ending to the 92
community projects completed in the year 2015. More than 40 enthusiastic
volunteers and approximately 600 desirous students participated in the program.
We have trained the students on goal setting and career choosing. I was
astonished with the eagerness and willingness the students have shown in
learning new things to set their lives on right track. The program concluded
with a valedictory session where beneficiaries shared their feedback and
expressed heartfelt gratitude to MHFI for bringing betterment in their schools
and villages trough community programs. I am grateful to my company for making
me part of this marvelous program.
Bharath Kumar Velmula (Co-Leader): The grand finale of
CIM-2015 season was really awesome. The program gave much confidence and
clarity to participant-students about their future goals and achievements. It
was a good initiative taken by our loving company to educate students from rural
background about the opportunities they can grab and the steps/necessary
measures that to be followed to achieve their goals in reality. I felt very
happy to be part of the event and the program gave me a great volunteer
experience. Giving back to the society is our company motto and my principle
too.. Thanks to the top management of the company for giving me opportunity to
volunteer for the event.
Lakshmana Babu Kavali: I have attended grand
final CIM 2015 and gave career guidance to the 600 school children and found
that the students got an idea on different areas of career and their
importance. It has given me an opportunity to share my knowledge to the school
children for their career path selection. Thanks to S&P Capital IQ India.
Pavan Kumar Govind: It was a wonderful
experience to become a part of the CIM projects. I got unlimited satisfaction
when I happiness in the eyes of the beneficiaries in the Grand Finale held in
Sangareddy. I would like to thank S&P Capital IQ for giving me an
opportunity to be part of this project.
Raju Posanipally: It was amazing to see the
crowd in Sangareddy, we can’t price the value for the smile on the faces of
children at the venue. This venue will be useful to students & teachers of
one school shared their feelings with other school students/teachers. With the
help of the event I think now the students will choose their career and plan/do
the activities to achieve it accordingly. Thanks to CIQ management giving an
opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful event.
Amrish Kumar Adaskar: It was an immense
pleasure to be a part of such great CIM Program. This kind of Career Guidance
Sessions will help the students to decide their goals and tell them how to
reach there, by choosing the correct path. It was the great opportunity for me
to talk to the school students and guide them.
Vamshi Krishna Thodupunuri: Words cannot even begin
to describe my experience. Volunteering is an enjoyable and meaningful activity
to do whenever you see a smile on the people's face whom you are helping. It
was really my pleasure to be given the chance to work with other volunteers.
I'm so delighted that I was one of the participants in this lively and
meaningful activity. The activity has made me more compassionate, open-minded
and friendly towards all people. I really enjoyed interacting with lots of
elder people who I have never known and seen before. Their happy and smiling
faces brought me joy. Through this activity, I learned how to be appreciative
of what we have in our life. Lead India 2020, Vandemataram Foundation and
S&P Capital IQ have given me the opportunity to help out in contributing to
society and in another way, providing a platform for me to learn and improve
myself. Just wanted to say that it feels great to be able to contribute to the
community, a contrast to the boring routine life I lead. S&P Capital IQ
Community Impact Month provides such an opportunity for me to help out whenever
I am free and I'm really glad to be part of the organization. I have enjoyed
myself interacting with the elderly. Seeing the smiles on their faces when they
have won something just makes my day.
Sarath Chandra Vakati: Really it was a great
opportunity to participate in the grand finale. And seeing and participating
with 600 children given energy to me. The session conducted by Lead India is
very meaningful and useful to children to decide their Career Goal. Our
volunteers also explained about various available courses, it give some clear
picture about their future. Coordination among other volunteers also good.
Rajeswara Rao Thodeti: It is a great privilege
to me to participate in CIM Grand Finale. 600 government school students
participated at one roof. Mostly all are from village background and they don’t
know what their goal and how to achieve it. Our Dream Big and Achieve big
session make aware about their goal and how to achieve it. We put thought
provoking seeds on their minds to guide them for bright future. Even teachers
also inspired very much. As our company’s motto “Giving back is Essential” is
made worth attending this program. I feel very happy to making me a part of
this Project. I am thankful to MHFI and S&P Capital IQ for giving this
opportunity.
Balendar Kola: It’s always an immense
pleasure to participate in such kind of events by looking at children
happiness, smiles and their kind hearts which made me the happiest moment in my
life. Doing service to little innocents, always makes a different mark and the
way our volunteers and especially Prabhakar Sir was guided about their future
to set their career goals was inspirable and provided knowledge on importance of
education and how knowledge with behavior redeems the world. I would also
appreciate Lead India for their valuable inputs to the students which will give
a new energy for their career growth. Thank YOU. I personally thank to CIQ
Management for giving me this opportunity, without him can’t be imagined!!
FEEDBACK OF THE BENEFICIARIES:

S&P
Capital IQ organized a good program to help students. People think to spend
even a single penny in these days. But, this company spent $1.85 lakhs dollars
for executing 92 community service projects, including for developing villages
and education. They helped students in govt. schools to be healthy by providing
sports kits. The program organized in Sangareddy today is a very good program
that addressed students to set a goal of life and told the procedure to achieve
such goals of life. And the program taught us about the reason how people’s
mistakes affect a country, etc. In this regard, I strongly say that “earning
money is not a big thing in life, rather spending that money to develop the
people and the county is a big achievement in my view”. You people are great,
we are inspired by you and we will become more responsible citizens as you
people are, and we continue your aims to serve the society. Jai Hind.
