More than 40 enthusiastic volunteers and approximately 600 desirous students participated in the program. We have trained the students on goal setting and career choosing. I was astonished with the eagerness and willingness the students have shown in learning new things to set their lives on right track. The program concluded with a valedictory session where beneficiaries shared their feedback and expressed heartfelt gratitude to MHFI for bringing betterment in their schools and villages trough community programs. I am grateful to my company for making me part of this marvelous program.

Bharath Kumar Velmula (Co-Leader): The grand finale of CIM-2015 season was really awesome. The program gave much confidence and clarity to participant-students about their future goals and achievements. It was a good initiative taken by our loving company to educate students from rural background about the opportunities they can grab and the steps/necessary measures that to be followed to achieve their goals in reality. I felt very happy to be part of the event and the program gave me a great volunteer experience. Giving back to the society is our company motto and my principle too.. Thanks to the top management of the company for giving me opportunity to volunteer for the event.

Lakshmana Babu Kavali: I have attended grand final CIM 2015 and gave career guidance to the 600 school children and found that the students got an idea on different areas of career and their importance. Raju Posanipally: It was amazing to see the crowd in Sangareddy, we can’t price the value for the smile on the faces of children at the venue. This venue will be useful to students & teachers of one school shared their feelings with other school students/teachers. With the help of the event I think now the students will choose their career and plan/do the activities to achieve it accordingly. Thanks to CIQ management giving an opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful event.

This kind of Career Guidance Sessions will help the students to decide their goals and tell them how to reach there, by choosing the correct path. It was the great opportunity for me to talk to the school students and guide them.

Vamshi Krishna Thodupunuri: Words cannot even begin to describe my experience. Volunteering is an enjoyable and meaningful activity to do whenever you see a smile on the people's face whom you are helping. It was really my pleasure to be given the chance to work with other volunteers. I'm so delighted that I was one of the participants in this lively and meaningful activity. The activity has made me more compassionate, open-minded and friendly towards all people. I really enjoyed interacting with lots of elder people who I have never known and seen before. Their happy and smiling faces brought me joy. Through this activity, I learned how to be appreciative of what we have in our life. Lead India 2020, Vandemataram Foundation and S&P Capital IQ have given me the opportunity to help out in contributing to society and in another way, providing a platform for me to learn and improve myself. Just wanted to say that it feels great to be able to contribute to the community, a contrast to the boring routine life I lead. S&P Capital IQ Community Impact Month provides such an opportunity for me to help out whenever I am free and I'm really glad to be part of the organization. I have enjoyed myself interacting with the elderly. Seeing the smiles on their faces when they have won something just makes my day.

FEEDBACK OF THE BENEFICIARIES:
S. Prashanth:
Name: S. Prashanth, School: Z.P.H.S. Thimmapoor, Mandal: Dubbaka, District: Medak
S&P Capital IQ organized a good program to help students. People think to spend even a single penny in these days. But, this company spent $1.85 lakhs dollars for executing 92 community service projects, including for developing villages and education. They helped students in govt. schools to be healthy by providing sports kits. The program organized in Sangareddy today is a very good program that addressed students to set a goal of life and told the procedure to achieve such goals of life. And the program taught us about the reason how people’s mistakes affect a country, etc. In this regard, I strongly say that “earning money is not a big thing in life, rather spending that money to develop the people and the county is a big achievement in my view”. You people are great, we are inspired by you and we will become more responsible citizens as you people are, and we continue your aims to serve the society. Jai Hind.
