About CIM (Giving back is Essential)
Lead India 2020 Foundation (www.leadindia2020.org) partnered with McGraw-Hill Financial (www.mhfi.com) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. It extends to giving back to the society. This year MHFI has launched Community Impact Month (CIM) in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ (part of MHFI group) (www.capitaliq.com) employees applied for projects from various areas. These employees are working tirelessly to fulfill the motto and render true meaning to 'Giving back is essential'.

Feedback of the beneficiaries and CIM Volunteers
Chief Guest:
Bhaskar Reddy, Controller of Examinations, Board of Intermediated Education, Andhra Pradesh.
I thank the S&P Capital IQ management for providing the benches, tables, and books to the school. I also hope and request that they to take up more projects in future.
Narsireddy, Principal, Govt Girs Jr college, Nalgonda:
The volunteers have illustrated and implemented the tagline “Giving Back is Essential” through their deeds today. We take many essentials like air, water, and other resources from the society, but giving back to the society is also essential. Even a small deed like teach a primary student for half an hour is giving back. Thanks to S&P Capital IQ for reminding these things.
