About Govt. High School, Sanath Nagar
This school is located in Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad which is 15 KM from our Hyderabad Office.
This school is operating in 2 shifts with around 480 students from 6th to 10th class.
Current problems at Govt. High School, Sanath Nagar
At present all the students are sitting on cement floors. They are in dire need of school benches and chairs. They also lack books racks and closets, educational charts, and sports equipment.
Keeping in mind these problems, S&P Capital IQ Hyd. conducted a CIM event at Sanath Nagar School on 21st June 2014.
Volunteer work at Govt High School(old), Sanath Nagar on CIM day:
Conducted career guidance session to 9th & 10th class students.
Planted saplings in the school & asked children to safeguard the plants.
Conducted games to students and distributed prizes.
Volunteers gave awareness on cleanliness, sanitation, and water conservation.
Donated 40 school benches and 3 pairs of class room chairs & tables.
Donated sports kits, note books, and biscuit packets to children.
Impact of CIM Project At Govt High School (Old)-Sanath Nagar:
Students are now sitting on school benches and teachers on chairs, these will enable both of them to work with increased effectiveness. As a result of career guidance session the students now have a clear plan on their further education. School children are elated to play games with the sports equipment . This increased enthusiasm will increase the attendance of students.

The sports material supplied will be very useful to our students. The activities conducted by your team members are very impressive. Once again I thank S&P Capital IQ for conducting this project in our school. All the team members and the team leader are very active and conducted various activities for lower class students i.e, 6th & 7th. They also conducted sessions on inspiration and motivation for 8th, 9th, and 10th class students. This will become one of the most memorable days in my service. Great job by volunteers.
