Feedback of Volunteers:

Vamshi Krishna Thodupunuri (Project Leader): Words cannot even begin to describe my experience. One thing I can say is that this is a life changing experience. Volunteering is an enjoyable and meaningful activity to do whenever you see a smile on the people's face whom you are helping. It was my first time volunteering and leading a project and I found this activity meaningful. It was my pleasure to be given the chance to work with other volunteers. My colleagues supported a lot in making this project a successful one and showed what genuine service mean to them. The activity has made me more compassionate, open-minded and friendly towards all people. I really enjoyed interacting with lots of elderly people who I have never known and seen before. Their happy and smiling faces brought me joy. Through this activity, I learned how to be appreciative of what we have in our life. Lead India 2020 and S&P Capital IQ has given me the opportunity to help out in contributing to society and in another way, providing a platform for me to learn and improve myself. I just wanted to say that it feels great to be able to contribute to the community, a contrast to the boring routine life I lead. S&P Capital IQ Community Impact Month provides such an opportunity for me to help out whenever I am free and I'm really glad to be part of the organization. I am looking forward to participate in these types of activities again in future. Seeing the smiles on the faces of winners made my day.

Soumya Prakash Mondal (CIM Co-Leader): The CIM day was an unforgettable day in my life. Spending time with remote village Students and doing something for them is a fabulous job. Neither they nor we will forget what we experienced that day. I bet I will never be able get so much happiness even if I put double the effort to do something for myself. I really appreciate the work done by each and every member of the team in this regard. These efforts really worked as a bowl of ambrosia for those students and institutions. At last I can now confidently say “We shall overcome every obstacle.”
