It extends to giving back to the society. This year MHFI has launched Community Impact Month (CIM) in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community. Feedback of the CIM Volunteers
I am extremely grateful to all the volunteers and also my special thanks to Co-Project Leader – Mr. Sreenath Reddymally on successful completion of this project. The manner in which you all immersed yourself in to the role of volunteers is amazing. Your interaction with those underprivileged children will stay forever in their minds and it will certainly transform them into good citizens. "Education is the most powerful weapon by which you can change the world" - By Nelson Mandela. We may feel we have only spent 8 hours at School but I hope that our deeds will inspire the students and will stay in their mind for next 50 years. Keep doing your bit to protect the goodness in the society and to strengthen it further. I hope and wish to be a part of similar activities as much as possible.
Being a Co-Project Leader, first I would like to say my special thanks to CIM Leader (Mr. Ajay Kumar Rayapati ) for successful completion of this project. I was very happy to be the part of this wonderful project, which allowed me to work for the welfare of a School. I got immense pleasure and self satisfaction as I try to give back some thing though this project to the society. This is possible only because of MHFI!.

Z.P.H.S - MAMIDIPALLY is extremely grateful to Ajay and the entire team of S & P Capital IQ. My special thanks to the CIM Leader (Mr. Ajay Kumar Rayapati ) for supporting us in the cause of encouraging education of underprivileged children. Children in the remote and rural areas are in real need of interventions like career guidance and confidence building to prepare themselves to be competitive in their future. We wish that you will conduct many such activities in many such schools. We look forward for your continuous support and encouragement which will propel us for reaching out to more children.

Firstly, I would like to thank the CIM Leader for giving me this wonderful opportunity to serve the society. we have helped the students in understanding their responsibilities towards the society and on how to balance their personal and social goals. I feel proud as an employee of this organization which is doing wonders by providing the basic amenities to Government schools.
I would like to thank the CIM leader for giving me an opportunity to serve the society. I am very happy to be a part of this wonderful project, which allowed me to mingle with students and share my thoughts. Looking forward to participate in this type of projects in future.
I participated in the CIM event after a gap of two years. Finally I have gained immense satisfaction by serving the society through this project. First of all I would appreciate Ajay’s sincerity and dedication towards the project execution. I personally interacted with all of the school students and also shared my knowledge and experience with them, as well as explained future career opportunities in their way. The teaching staff and management of the school was so happy by for the amenities provided by us. The joy and happiness of the school children while conducting games and interaction was unforgettable. Hope S&P Capital IQ will conduct more projects in the future and I would like to participate in these types of projects for my self satisfaction.
It was a very good experience as I shared my thoughts with the children and learnt their plans for the future. We showed them the road map for their future as what need to be done to achieve success. On the other hand I felt very concerned about these children as the difference between them and those in the big schools is so huge. Lot of things need to be done. I am very much happy that our organization is doing their bit in this field and that I am a part of it.
It was a pleasure to have worked on this CIM project and I hope to participate in more projects of this kind.
