Feedback of the CIM Volunteers
Jaleel Ahmed Pasha Shaik (Leader)
I am very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through my company. This project is successful and the credit goes not only to the volunteers but also to the blind students who participated actively from beginning to the end. We planned inspire them with stories, but actually we got inspired from students. They are fighting with the life in each and every step they take, because blindness is the toughest of all physical challenges.
Srinivasa Rao Ballada
It was a wonderful experience and great pleasure to serve the society!. First of all I should congratulate Pasha and Arjun, the leaders of this project. I believe they have selected a great and unique CIM project. One of the severest of disabilities is Blindness; this fraternity deserves lot of support in terms of facility creation and relationship building. I was really excited for spending a small amount of my time with the visual impaired people. We have seen that the talent they exhibited indicates that they can create miracles with basic support.
Arjun Kumar Yadav Pasham
It was very happy to serve the visually impaired people. It was my first time to be associated with blind people. It was a great and unforgettable experience. They taught us many things like facing challenge, co-ordination, team spirit, and valuing what we possess to lead a happy life. They have a wonderful spirit in them to make their lives better. Apart from the basic needs the joy we provided to them by closely associating with them was a joy to us as well. It has been wonderful every time I work with Pasha, but this time it was also heart touching.
Raviteja Yerra
I am happy to be a part CIM Project. I can feel happiness in the faces of hostel members that they can drink pure & cool water. Spending time with them is the happiest moments of life. We helped them, made them play, and shared their feelings. Some of them are extra-ordinary in their studies and some in extracurricular activities. Pasha & Arjun have done an excellent project in helping them. I thank them a lot.

Last Sunday 25th June 2014 can be considered as one of the memorable days in my life. I had an altogether new experience at the Blind Govt. Hostel - Salarjung Colony. As the day progressed my heart was filled with loads of joy and satisfaction as I was blessed to be a volunteer for such a wonderful project. The limited period of time spent will be remembered for a lifetime.
Veera Venkata Jnana Kumar Chappidi
I felt happy for being a human being who has enough strength to serve others. I feel happy to fulfil the proverb "service to the mankind is the serve the god" to an extent. I hope to continue and participate in a number of projects for a long time.
Sujathullah Mohammed
I am very glad to be a part of this project. I wouldn't miss this happiness had I decided to spent time with my family. It was amazing to see the blind student singing and playing cricket, chess, and caroms. For a time my eyes moist after observing them. Going forward I would like to spend more time with such projects. Happiness comes from serving these type of society and best place to utilize your holiday.

I have attended many projects so far, but this is completely different and a heart rendering experience. Even though they are visually challenged their achievements are mind blowing. One of them got a chance as to RJ in radio, act in movies, write song lyrics etc., Mr. Srinivas Ballada sir, who addressed visually challenged people very well. Thank you for all the volunteers who spare their valuable time in this project. Hope we will do such projects in future as well.

As a first-time volunteer, it was a memorable experience to be a part of this community impact project. I have learned so much from the students. The way they play cricket and chess, sing songs, and do mimicry was very impressive. They are showing passion and zeal to add value to the nation. If the society gives them moral support, they will achieve miracles. Lets put a hand around their shoulders and support them reaching their goals.
Pradeep Kumar Kongara
This project was one of the most amazing moments in my life. I got a very good platform as a volunteer through CIQ to service my people. a part of our plan was to narrate them moral stories to inspire them, but they inspired us with their speeches. When we asked about the facilities, they answered positively even though facilities are not good. They taught an important lesion that we should be happy with what we have, and always be an optimist. We conducted the cricket match, in that match to my surprise each one of them is encouraging the other teaching me what team work really means. Special thanks to Jaleel Ahmed Pasha Shaik for coming up with this excellent project.
Mahesh Geepalyam

I enjoyed the program very much, its inspiring, what I felt is we can learn so much from these boys, particularly the way they see the life. In spite of their blindness, their hard work is shown in their educational achievements and other talents. I hope we can do this type of program in future and we can invite them in our annual day celebrations and give a chance to exhibit their talent. Please include me in future also for this type of program.

It was easily one of my best Sundays in recent times where I saw the people who are active & involved. I haven't seen even one person walking alone, there are going around holding hands. Altogether it was a special day to shake hands with such humble human beings & they all have entertained us completely with various funny jokes & dialogues. Many of them are very ambitious in knowing in what sectors & areas they can work for. They have also shared there keen interest towards working for corporate Companies. I thank Mr. Pasha for choosing such an unique project and I sincerely hope this continues in coming future.
