About Community Impact Month (Giving back is Essential)
Lead India 2020 Foundation (www.leadindia2020.org) partnered with McGraw-Hill Financial (www.mhfi.com) the company which strongly believes in the motto, 'Giving back is essential'. It extends to giving back to the society. This year MHFI has launched Community Impact Month (CIM) in which 20+ employees would be working together and for solving public problems in their community. Feedback of the CIM Volunteers
Shiv Shankar Jupally (CIM Leader)
First we volunteers want to thank the MHFI for their support and we are proud to be a part of it. When the Headmaster first approached us I thought it would be ordinary school, but when I visited the school it was totally different. The students were part of every event in the school, there are various students committee, such as cultural committee, sport committee, cleanliness committee etc., the high school children are the teaching the primary school students this show their dedication regarding studies and their discipline but lack of facilities have been discouraging them. This project has been a great success, the end of which the students shouted loudly…“we will prove ourselves”.

I am very happy to be a part of this CIM project. S&P Capital IQ has a strong determination to serve the society. Our company takes actions rather keeping the commitments on the paper. I felt very happy when I spoke with students and teachers. In spite lack of facilities, they are well determined and disciplined. I think they would give good results, I hope our company will continue this spirit in future also. I congratulate all volunteers who made this event a grand success. I am sure that I will take part in these types of events in future as well.

It was one of the most wonderful and satisfactory experience. It is great to serve the society and give back what we have got from it. It was wonderful to watch that with very limited resources they are managing to get the best out of their abilities. I would like to congratulate the students for their dedication in studies and in the management of the school. Last but not the least would like to thank Shiva for making me a part of this project and would like to thank all the volunteers for their much required support, without whom, this project would not have been completed.
