CIM HIGHLIGHTS:

About NachiketaTapovan:

NachiketaTapovan, a spiritually oriented service organization was formed in January 1999 to spread moral and spiritual values. It aims at achieving this by translating its ideals into practical activities like providing holistic education for children, irrespective of caste, creed, community, or gender, looking upon them as absolute manifestations of the Divine.

About the Project:

VidyaMandir at NachiketaTapovan is able to provide free education, stationery and nourishing milk-n-meals to 240 children studying at NachiketaTapovan with the help of 12 paid teachers, 50 volunteers and community participation.

The goal is to provide free and holistic education for these children by nourishing their mind, body and spirit. Spiritual awakening at a very young age is nurtured with practice of pranayama, meditation, yoga, slokas and Gita chanting. Our glorious heritage is experienced by the children by joyous celebrations of all festivals. Thus, while providing the children basic education, we make a conscious effort towards developing their spiritual, aesthetic, moral and emotional faculties. Our hope is that these children would grow into self-aware, sensitive and responsible human beings who remain life-long learners.

1.       Purchasing and installing Smart Class rooms
2.       Giving Lab equipment
