Project Location: Zilla Parishath High School, Chunchakota, Cherial,Warangal India
About the Project: The Government School with 300 students with no benches to sit for students. The CIM project facilitates sitting benches for the students and sports material. Plantation to give good environment to the students.

Activity: Distribution of Furniture and sports material and Plantation
Date & Time: 15th June 2015 from 11 am to 5pm
Number of Volunteers: 20

Highlights:
·         MHFI provided Rs.120,000 for procuring materials and expenses for the project
·         Volunteers helped in arranging benches in the class rooms
·         Conducted games to the students and distributed sports material
·         Plantation
·         Prizes distributed to the winner in cultural activities

Impact:
1.       32 high school benches which can be facilitate 3 class rooms with 125 students
2.       Provided sports items with all equipment help them to play on ground
3.       Shared knowledge and explained about career guidance

Nadiya Aleti(Project Leader): This is my First CIM project as Leader, I am thankful MHFI for giving this opportunity. I enjoyed in conducting games to the students and remembered my childhood days while playing with them. I had a great time in spending with all volunteers and developed my skills as leader. I am thankful to all volunteers who made this event great success. I Hope This will be continued in future.

Gayatri Buddharaju: It has been immense pleasure to participate in this CIM project and under this project I did little bit for the society from my side. Thanks to S&P CAPTIAL IQ for providing us with this opportunity. The satisfaction which I have got by participating in this event and spending time with kids is out of this world. This is possible only because of the support provided by the project leader and also the co- volunteers and also the staff of the school. Hoping to participate in many such events in future.

Shikha Mehta : From This CIM project I have learned so many things from the kids of that school and I think we can do more for them. I would like to thank each and every one of the team which makes it memorable and meaningful for me.

Arun Kumar Vinukonda: This is my first CIM Project, first I felt bit nervous but from starting onwards I enjoyed it a lot. I’m privileged to be the part of this.

Project Location: Khanapur village, Balanagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, Telangana, India
About the Project:   Khanapur is one of the villages in the Balanagar Mandal where there are many people who are addicted to alcohol and tobacco. They moved in to many deadly deceases due to these habits. Some practical awareness along with examples needs to be provided to bring self-control for them. They also have places where we can install water tanks which can improve their living conditions.

Activity: Presentation about possible bad consequences because of their bad habits, construction & handing over three mini water tanks for community purpose
Date & Time: 8th June, 2015 from10am to 5:30pm
Number of Volunteers: 25

Highlights:
·         MHFI provided Rs.110,000 for construction and fitting the 3 mini water tanks
·         Volunteers involved in construction of the basement for water tanks.
·         Created the awareness to the villagers how to keep surroundings of the water tank clean and hygienic.

Impact:
1.       Storage of water is the basic necessity for the village people as they don’t have separate water connections to their respective homes. Since 15-18 hours power-cut in most of the backward villages, mini water tanks extended great relief to their lives. 
2.       With this project, nearly 450 families have been benefited.
3.       Villagers got the awareness about the consequences of bad habits

Srinivas Kompella (Project Leader):  I believe this is a nice opportunity to serve the needy people in the society. The water tanks are really worth and village people are really required. I felt extremely blissful when we saw happiness in faces of village people when they were getting drink water from the Water tanks. Spending time with them is the happiest moments of my life. We helped them and shared their feelings. My heart full thanks to S&P Capital IQ for giving me this great opportunity for serving the society.

Ashok (Co-Leader): I am very happy to be a part of this wonderful project, which allowed me to serve the society. I thank S&P Capital IQ for giving me this opportunity.

Ram Mohan: I'm very glad to be a volunteer of this CIM Project. I genuinely felt that we were doing something important and worthwhile for the community. It was an excellent opportunity to help the villagers by constructing water tanks. It was great to see the happiness of the villagers that results from it. We also educated the villagers’ importance of water conservation and some water saving tips to use around the house. I thank S&P Capital IQ for giving me this opportunity to serve the needful

Venkatratnam: I am very proud to be a part of this project, which we provided to the village i.e. basic need to the any one’s life “WATER”. We provided them Three Water Tanks to use of drinking purpose and educate them not to waste the water and even drop. In my view this is awesome project in my all CIM projects. I appreciate the CIM project leader (Srinivas Kompella) to take up this project.

Raghu: Thank you very much for giving me opportunity to work for Village people water problem in Khanapur village. I saw the happiness in the eyes of village people after provide drinking water facility. I had a good interaction with Village people and guided them on water usage and protect from wastage.

Sridhar: It’s a worthy project which one fulfilled the basic need of the people i.e. Water. Through this project we not only facilitated the water tanks at village but also send the message to villagers to save the water as water is the precious god gift on the earth. I feel very happy in educating the villagers about the value and usage of water.

Project Location: AADARANA,The Home For Orphaned And Needy Students, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, India
About the Project: Aadarana provides shelter, food, education for orphans. They have started constructing a new facility to accommodate more needy youth. They need support to complete that project.

Activity: Construction of room for orphans
Date & Time: 17th May 2015 from10am to 4pm
Number of Volunteers: 25

Highlights:
1.       MHFI provided Rs.120,000 for procuring materials and expenses for the project
2.       Volunteers helped construction of room by spending 6 hours of their personal time
3.       Constructed 150sft room with this effort
4.       Plantation also done
5.       Distributed Gifts to orphans
Impact:
1.       Orphanage can accommodate 10 more orphans
2.       Helped orphans to have better facilities along with moral support

Suresh Manthri (Project Leader): I am very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through my company. This project is successful and the credit goes to the volunteers and Capital IQ which gave me an opportunity to do this. I am satisfied and got good experience with this project. This is one of my best memorable movements, and I hope will continue this in future.

Uttar Deshpande: I felt very happy to be part of this project, and also to Suresh Manthri as well. This has become a platform from where we can do well to the society.
To be a part of the collective effort which is needed to uplift the society and its values for a better living, is absolute privilege to me.

Muninder Komire: First of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful opportunity given to me, which made my free time so useful and satisfactory too. I was very much excited and pleased to work for the children who showed great affection and love when were there. And I want to thank and appreciate the founders and organizers of the foundation too. It is so inspiring for all of us to think about the society as being a part of it. Finally I really want to appreciate you, as I could see a lively example for the true leader in you for the first time. Satyam Aadepu: It is a wonderful experience to me in serving the Orphans and I appreciate the ADARANA Orphanage home for their efforts in building the bright future for those Children who don’t have any one in the world. I feel very luck in participating in this project as a volunteer and thanks to this holy work as it reminds me that as a citizen of the country I should have the responsibility towards the society. By this I understood the meaning of the word “Giving back is essential” in reality.
My special Thanks to Suresh Manthri who is the Project Leader for giving this wonderful opportunity to serve to the society and appreciate the other volunteers who spent their valuable time for this good cause.

Sreenath Reddymally: It is a great memorable experience to spend time with the Orphan students of Aadarana foundation.  It’s given me an immense pleasure to be a part of this CIM" Project and I feel proud what we are doing in the form of "CIM" to the society.
This project made me to know how rich I am compare to them, everyone will have the problems and we need to face them. Our problems are nothing after seeing them. We need to salute their courage with which they are facing the society.

Santosh Kumar Eligaty: It is great experience in participating CIM project for an orphanage (Construction of a room), we contributed services like mixture of concrete helping head skilled laborers etc. it is different kind of happiness from bottom of my heart. Definitely every human will get utmost happiness to serve people like them. We got a good experience and my sincere thanks to Suresh Manthri who is the project leader and gives us the great opportunity to serve the people. My appreciation to fellow voluntaries that made the program grand success.

Madhusha Chinnam: It has been great opportunity to help the orphans in some or other manner. It was pleasure to be with those kids. I would like to thank the management and the project leader (Suresh Manthri) for providing such opportunity.

Prashanth Gunda: It was a wonderful experience to me, serving the orphans. I feel proud what we are doing in the form of "CIM" to the society, and by this visit I truly believe to the phrase which says "Giving back is essential".

My great thanks to management and my special thanks to Suresh giving me an opportunity to serve the people.

Ashok Bakkathatla: This is really a good thing for a good cause. The students are taking inspiration and learnt that some of the orphan boys are now pursuing higher studies like B.Tech., MBA etc.
My sincere thanks to Suresh Manthri, who is the project leader, for providing me an opportunity to serve the orphans. My appreciation to fellow voluntaries who became part of this noble cause.

Thirupathi Reddy Mudiganti: It is a very good memorable experience to serving for orphanage students in aadarana with our volunteers. I surprised many of the students in the competitive exams and pursuing B.TECH, IIIT from the orphanage.
