Provision of benches and table will students and teachers to concentrate the process of learning in a better way. With the entrance gate, the school staff is able to restrict the entry of outsiders into the school, thus leading to a hassle-free functioning of school. With the storage sump, students can now drink water at anytime and conserve it in a better way. We have also conducted Lead India Life Skills Training and Career Guidance session, which resulted in helping the students understand their responsibilities towards the society and balance their personal and social goals. This project has motivated students to participate actively in all competitive exams and also setting their goals for their better future.

Feedback of the CIM Volunteers:

Ajay Krishna Katakamsetty (Leader): I would like to convey my special thanks to CIQ management for giving me this opportunity to serve the society. I am extremely grateful to all the volunteers and also my special thanks to Co-Project Leader – Mr. Jaganmohan Rao Chintada for his co-operation in the successful completion of this project. The manner in which you all immersed yourself in to the role of volunteer was amazing. Your interaction with those underprivileged children will stay forever in their minds and it will certainly transform them into good citizens of tomorrow. The words of Gandhi reverberated in my ears- "If we are to teach real peace in this world, and if we are to carry on a real war against war, we shall have to begin with the children." I am very happy to play my part in this endeavor by spending time with the Next Generation.

The students are in real need of interventions like career guidance and life skills training to be competitive in the future.

Srinivasa Rao Ballada: We know many government schools run without minimum facilities this is true particularly in rural areas. However, It is very unfortunate that the Government High School in Sriram Nagar, in the heart of the Hyderabad city lacking basic infrastructure. There are many inconveniences, with respect to security to the school building, water facilities and furniture etc., found at the school. In my opinion, if we want to build good nation, we need to make every citizen educated so that they think what exactly they need to do to benefit them and their country. Thanks to the Ajay Krishna who indentified this noble project and led it successfully, & provided me the opportunity to serve the society. The teachers and students were so happy and expressed their gratitude. Thanks to the S&P Capital IQ for providing support to schools like this.

Hari Krishna Muriki: It’s a pleasure to be a part of this project. I felt very happy while interacting with the students. They are very active in every aspect and actively participated in every event conducted by us. I was really amazed by their talent. They don’t have proper facilities, but still excelling despite of them. They really deserve all the facilities that we donated. I am glad to give career guidance to those students. I am looking forward to participate in more CIM projects to serve the society.

Lakshmana Babu Kavali: Thank you very much for giving me opportunity to work for School Students in Sriram Nagar, Hyderabad. I saw the happiness in the eyes of Student after providing benches and drinking water facility. I had a good interaction with students, and guided them on their studies and career choice.

Mekala Suresh: It was a good deed to attend the CIM project. It was one of my more useful days. Surest way to get happiness is to make others happy. Yesterday I saw glow on their faces (teachers & students).

Rajesh Gandham: It was a great opportunity to attend the CIM project yesterday. I would like to appreciate the time and energy spent by the team members. I really appreciate the career guidance classes being conducted in the project to enhance their analytical skills and cognitive skills of children. I am very thankful to all the participants. I will try to play my part in as many events as possible in future.

Sreenivasulu Racharla: It was a wonderful opportunity to help the students understand their responsibilities towards the society and balance their personal and social goals. The students were very enthusiastic and eager to know a lot of things. They participated actively in all the events conducted for them. This program trained the students very well and I enjoyed the interaction with them a lot. I hope and wish to be a part of similar activities as much as possible.

Ramesh Pasala: I feel very happy and proud to be part of this project, thanks to management for given such a great opportunity to the employees. I had enjoyed a lot while sharing my opinions and thoughts with school children regarding environment protection and career path, I also learn lot of things personally by involving in this. Pavan Kumar Gudivada (Co-Leader)

It is a great experience becoming a part of this project as a Co-Leader. We were able to execute this project successfully with the guidance of Sudarsana Rao. He played a major role in making our project a grand success. He has taken care of the not only the project, but also the volunteers. I appreciate the way he made arrangements to the volunteers in all aspects from Start to End. Volunteers are the key for our project the services provided by them are not scalable in terms of money as it is done from the bottom of their heart. The volunteers actively participated in career guidance and environment sessions. Students & the teachers along with the management welcomed us with prayer & Dandiya. I can confidently say that, the students are well disciplined & sincere in all the aspects. The energy levels of the students touching the roof. While leaving that place, the smile that they were wearing on their faces is the real feedback for our good service. I am thankful to CIQ for creating such a wonderful platform and providing financial assistance. At last I would like to thank the facilities team for making arrangement for comfortable transportation. I would like to be a part of these projects in the future also.

We got an opportunity to perform such activity for that I would be grateful to Sudarsana sir and Pavan sir who approached us to be a part of such noble cause. I relived my childhood days. Their discipline and culture attracted me .The students actively participated in the tasks and their energy level boosted my confidence and energy too. Overall this project for me was totally a motivational factor as we worked for society above all for our self satisfaction. If we were successful in doing our bit that will help that children a lot. The activities we performed there, hope will help the children to focus on their studies and curricular activities. Our career guidance class will guide them for their future. Hope our little effort will make a difference in their life. It was a great experience to visit Saraswati Shishu Mandir and will like to be the part of such activities in future too.

Neelima Kollati

First of all I appreciate S&P capital IQ for coming up with such a platform for addressing social issues. I would also like to thank our project leader and co leader who motivated us to join them. For me this was the first CIM experience, which has showed me how students are working hard to bring themselves to a very good position. Frankly speaking I never saw such type of school in my whole life time, so thanks for showing me the other shade of education system. I would plead S&P to come up with more projects and help (financially) a lot. The students require financial help a lot for there upliftment. I personally enjoyed a lot there explored many things. Once again thanks to all.

Akhila Teja Sudabathula

Firstly I am thankful for our organization for giving each of us such a wonderful opportunity to serve the society. Beside our corporate life such kind of activities enhances the personal transformation. I am very glad to be a part of this CIM program. Being a part of this program I have learned that “Doing nothing for others is the undoing of ourselves” by which happiness comes to our way. The basic necessities of the school are fulfilled to certain extent with this program conducted by our organization .To the best of my knowledge I have shared tips and the various opportunities they have after schooling. I have also conducted games, quiz and various activities which added to the personal enhancement of children. I will be trying to participate in such kind of activities as long as I have the opportunity to serve as “No one becomes poor by giving”. Once again I heart fully thank my project lead and co-volunteers for organizing and making this project successful.

Subrahmanyam Natteti
In general the people who are working in corporate they think of movies and sight seeing to pass the weekend. In my view, this is not correct as this is wastage of time and money. If we utilize this time to serve the people of society that would be productive. I remembered my childhood days as I spent time with the students. I advised and guided the students to the best of my knowledge through the career guidance session. I think the session would be helpful for them to reach their goals. I enjoyed with the co-volunteers and built up new friendships. By serving the people of society we will get self-confidence and self-motivation. So, I had wonderful time with you all these people. I am glad that CIM team leader has given me this wonderful opportunity. When we are getting something from the society we should come forward to give back something to the society.
