Feedback of the CIM Volunteers:

Ajay Krishna Katakamsetty (Leader): I would like to convey my special thanks to CIQ management for giving me this opportunity to serve the society. I am extremely grateful to all the volunteers and also my special thanks to Co-Project Leader – Mr. Jaganmohan Rao Chintada for his co-operation in the successful completion of this project. The manner in which you all immersed yourself in to the role of volunteer was amazing. Your interaction with those underprivileged children will stay forever in their minds and it will certainly transform them into good citizens of tomorrow. The words of Gandhi reverberated in my ears- "If we are to teach real peace in this world, and if we are to carry on a real war against war, we shall have to begin with the children." I am very happy to play my part in this endeavor by spending time with the Next Generation.

Jaganmohan Rao Chintada (Co-Leader): First I would like to say my special thanks to CIM Leader (Mr. Ajay Krishna Katakamsetty) for this co-operation in the successful completion of this project. I had the pleasure to serve the society. I was very happy to be the part of this wonderful project, which allowed me to work for the welfare of the school and children. The students are in real need of interventions like career guidance and life skills training to be competitive in the future.

Srinivasa Rao Ballada: We know many government schools run without minimum facilities this is true particularly in rural areas. However, It is very unfortunate that the Government High School in Sriram Nagar, in the heart of the Hyderabad city lacking basic infrastructure. There are many inconveniences, with respect to security to the school building, water facilities and furniture etc., found at the school. In my opinion, if we want to build good nation, we need to make every citizen educated so that they think what exactly they need to do to benefit them and their country. Thanks to the Ajay Krishna who indentified this noble project and led it successfully, & provided me the opportunity to serve the society. The teachers and students were so happy and expressed their gratitude. Thanks to the S&P Capital IQ for providing support to schools like this.

Hari Krishna Muriki: It’s a pleasure to be a part of this project. I felt very happy while interacting with the students. They are very active in every aspect and actively participated in every event conducted by us. I was really amazed by their talent. They don’t have proper facilities, but still excelling despite of them. They really deserve all the facilities that we donated. I am glad to give career guidance to those students. My special thanks to CIQ management, and my Team leader and co-leader Mr. Ajay and Mr. Jagan for conducting CIM projects. I am looking forward to participate in more CIM projects to serve the society.

Hemanth Harsha Vardhan Thippani: This is one of the best projects that I’ve participated this year. Students’ knowledge & response was amazing. I could see the happiness in school management on the infrastructure provided. Thanks to MHFI for giving such a great opportunity to serve the society. Yes, Giving back is essential

Lakshmana Babu Kavali: Thank you very much for giving me opportunity to work for School Students in Sriram Nagar, Hyderabad. I saw the happiness in the eyes of Student after providing benches and drinking water facility. I had a good interaction with students, and guided them on their studies and career choice.

Mekala Suresh: It was a good deed to attend the CIM project. It was one of my more useful days. Surest way to get happiness is to make others happy. Yesterday I saw glow on their faces (teachers & students).

Rajesh Gandham: It was a great opportunity to attend the CIM project yesterday. I would like to appreciate the time and energy spent by the team members. I really appreciate the career guidance classes being conducted in the project to enhance their analytical skills and cognitive skills of children. I am very thankful to all the participants. I will try to play my part in as many events as possible in future.

Sreenivasulu Racharla: It was a wonderful opportunity to help the students understand their responsibilities towards the society and balance their personal and social goals. The students were very enthusiastic and eager to know a lot of things. They participated actively in all the events conducted for them. This program trained the students very well and I enjoyed the interaction with them a lot. I hope and wish to be a part of similar activities as much as possible.

Ramesh Pasala: I feel very happy and proud to be part of this project, thanks to management for given such a great opportunity to the employees. I had enjoyed a lot while sharing my opinions and thoughts with school children regarding environment protection and career path, I also learn lot of things personally by involving in this. Finally it’s a nice and pleasant experience to me, I would like to do more like this in future.
