About the Project:
This is
a Government Mandal Parishath Upper Primary School run for educating
underprivileged students and lacks various basic facilities like proper
furniture, library books and sports equipment to engage students. The compound
wall is old, needed to do whitewash and paint slogans on the walls. The
blackboards should be painted.

Activity: Volunteers will procure
material for whitewashing, black board painting and will give their time to
work on whitewashing of 4 walls and painting on black boards and plantation in
school premises. This work will add new look to the building and premises.
Volunteers will also procure furniture, library books, sports equipment and
other items to create basic infrastructure to the school. We are planning to
assign the responsibility to students for maintain the school premises and
environment in good condition.

Impact:
Good atmosphere creates good learning experience. There are 200
students in the school. They will get inspiration from volunteers and learn the
importance of good environment, service mindedness, living with social
responsibility and cleanliness of school and surroundings.

MHFI encourages its employees to work for service projects in which 20+ employees
would be working together and for solving public problems in their community to
build better lives and stronger communities. MHFI grants $2000 per project and employees
spend their personal time on the project. This year S&P Capital IQ, Hyderabad

) employees applied for projects from various areas.

Thodeti (Project Leader): This is my first CIM project, It was a wonderful experience, I
am very happy that I got an opportunity to serve the Society through my
company. This project is successful and the credit goes to the volunteers and S&P
Capital IQ, who approved this project. I am satisfied and got good experience from
this project. This is one of my best memorable movements, and I hope will
continue this in future.

(Co-Leader): CIM Project is one of the most valuable Days in my CIQ life,
under this project we provide basic facilities and pour our affection to
children, every volunteer involved in the work and engaged with children.
School management & children are requested us to conduct these type of
activities again and again, it’s a good sign for us, they felt very happy with
our facilities. It is immense pleasure to me to say thanks to S&P Capital
IQ and My leader Rajeswara Rao.
Rupsa Sinha: It was an immense
pleasure to be a part of CIMA project. For the first time I took part in event
like this and it was truly amazing. We met small kids over there and they all
welcome us with a big smile on their face. It was my life first experience but still
one of the best. The total task we performed really nice. Visiting school,
meeting the students, having fun with them, serving them food, etc. was
actually too good. In short I can say that the tag line “Giving back is
essential “is not only the tag line but it is something which we actually did
there. So once again thank you for conducting such events and making me part of
that.

Therla: I felt
so happy being a part of this CIM program; it was a very nice experience.
Being a volunteer here and helping society. I am very happy to see the kind of
mutual help and kindness in all the people. I learned many things from this
program, and very happy to be with all the students and giving something back
to society and environment by being a part of this great event.

Vellooru: Mainly one thing that I will tell
is I had chosen excellent project good things that are very
useful for school students and Environment. Plantation, wall paintings
etc., we had a really good time and enjoyed it a lot. Thank you very
much Rajesh Anna for giving me the opportunity to join your group. You
being hardworking and Honest, I am thankful to be part on this project.

Kattamasu: It’s a wonderful experience interacting with the children, Kids
were very excited to meet us and we were very happy to guide them and conducted
various sports to children, to take part in this CIMA project I felt really
very much happy. I am thanking full to MHFI as conducting such a great inspirational
social welfare programs like "Community Impact Month".
